These terms and conditions apply to all tickets, hampers, curated boxes, products and services sold through SheThePeople and its associated platforms.

By purchasing a ticket, hamper, product or service, you agree to the following:

1. No refunds and no returns

All sales are final. Tickets, hampers, curated boxes and products are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in the event of a complete cancellation of the event by the organizers.

2. Event cancellation policy

If the event is cancelled by SheThePeople for any reason, only the base ticket amount will be refunded to the original mode of payment.

Please note:

• Taxes, GST and service charges paid at the time of booking are non-refundable as these are remitted directly to the government or third-party platforms.
• SheThePeople is not responsible for any personal expenses including travel, accommodation or other arrangements made in connection with the event.

3. Venue changes

SheThePeople reserves the right to change the event venue if required due to logistical, operational or unforeseen circumstances.

A change of venue does not entitle ticket holders to any refund, reimbursement or compensation.

4. Changes to event format or schedule

SheThePeople reserves the right to modify the event schedule, session format, workshop structure or speaker lineup at its discretion.

Such changes will not qualify for refunds or claims.

5. Ticket resale and transfer

Tickets are issued in the name of the purchaser and may not be resold, exchanged or transferred without prior written approval from the organizers.

6. Entry policy

Entry will be granted only upon presentation of a valid ticket and a government-issued photo ID.

The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee who violates venue regulations, disrupts the event, or fails to adhere to the code of conduct.

Seating is unreserved and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Seats cannot be blocked or pre-assigned. Attendees are encouraged to arrive on time to secure preferred seating.

7. Representation of images

All images used in promotional materials, social media or on the website are for representational purposes only. Actual products, venue setup, experiences or hamper contents may vary.

Shop and curated hampers

SheThePeople offers curated wellness, beauty and lifestyle hampers and products, often at promotional pricing.

a. No returns or exchanges on products

All curated boxes, hampers and individual products are final sale.

Due to the nature of curation and promotional pricing, no refunds, returns or exchanges will be offered once a purchase is completed.

b. Third-party brands

Curated hampers may include products from third-party or partner brands.

SheThePeople is not liable for concerns specific to these products including but not limited to allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, manufacturing defects or product performance.

All queries regarding ingredients, usage, quality or warranties must be directed to the respective brand or manufacturer.

c. Product availability and substitutions

All products and hampers are subject to availability.

If a particular product becomes unavailable, SheThePeople reserves the right to substitute it with another product of equal or comparable value.

Product assortments shown on social media or promotional creatives may vary from the final hamper contents depending on availability.

d. Shipping and delivery

While we will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of hampers and products, delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, logistical constraints or other external factors.

SheThePeople is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery partners, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or force majeure events.
