Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all events, awards, recognitions, lists, fellowships, memberships, summits, conferences, retreats, workshops, ticketed experiences, applications, nominations, products, services, curated boxes, hampers and related offerings conducted, organized, promoted or sold by SheThePeople, Gytree, Fabulous Over Forty, Digitalist Tech Media Private Limited, and their associated brands, platforms and partners.

1. Application Fees, Nomination Fees & Administrative Charges

All application, nomination, registration and participation fees are collected towards administrative, operational, evaluation, technology, processing and related costs. Payment of a fee does not guarantee selection, recognition, shortlisting, participation or any specific outcome. All such fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. No Refunds and No Returns

All purchases, registrations, tickets, memberships, products, services, hampers and participation fees are final. No refunds, cancellations, returns, exchanges or credits shall be provided except where required by law.

3. Event Cancellation Policy

If an event is completely cancelled and not rescheduled, the Organizers may refund the base registration or ticket amount at their sole discretion. Taxes, GST, payment gateway charges and service fees remain non-refundable.

4. Event Rescheduling, Venue Changes and Format Changes

The Organizers reserve the right to change dates, venues, speakers, judges, schedules, formats and program structures without liability or refund obligations.

5. Selection, Awards, Rankings and Recognition Processes

All decisions relating to applications, nominations, judging, rankings, recognitions, fellowships, awards and lists are final and binding.

6. Accuracy of Information

Participants are responsible for ensuring all submitted information is accurate and complete. False or misleading information may result in disqualification.

7. Photography, Video and Media Rights

By attending, participating in, applying for or engaging with any program, event or offering, you grant the Organizers the right to photograph, record, film, reproduce, publish, distribute and use your name, likeness, image, voice, company name, submitted materials and participation details for editorial, promotional, educational, commercial, archival, publicity and marketing purposes across any media platform globally without further approval or compensation.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, event materials and program assets belong to the Organizers unless otherwise stated.

9. Ticket Transfers and Participation

Registrations and tickets may not be transferred, resold or exchanged without prior written approval.

10. Conduct and Participation

The Organizers reserve the right to deny admission or remove participants whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate.

11. Products, Hampers and Curated Boxes

All products are subject to availability. Substitutions of comparable value may be made where necessary. Products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

12. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond the Organizers’ control.

13. Representation and Promotional Material

Images, videos and promotional materials are for representational purposes only. Actual experiences, venues, speakers or products may vary.

14. Limitation of Liability

Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk. The Organizers shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

15. Force Majeure

The Organizers shall not be liable for delays, interruptions or cancellations arising from circumstances beyond their reasonable control.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction shall rest exclusively with the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.

17. Acceptance

By purchasing, registering, applying, nominating or participating, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
