These are general terms and conditions for products and services sold on shethepeople shop.
By purchasing a ticket or product or hamper or service, you agree to the following terms:
1. No Refunds & No Returns
All sales are final. We do not offer any refunds or returns, except in the case where an event is cancelled by the organizers.
2. Event Cancellation Policy
If the event is cancelled by SheThePeople for any reason, we will refund only the base ticket fee to the original payment method. Please note:
Taxes and service charges paid at the time of purchase (including GST) are non-refundable, as these are remitted directly to the Indian government.
SheThePeople will not be responsible for any personal travel or accommodation losses incurred due to the cancellation.
3. No Resale or Transfer
Tickets are issued to the name of the purchaser and may not be resold, exchanged, or transferred without prior written permission from the event organizers.
4. Entry Policy
Entry to the event will be granted only on presentation of a valid ticket and government-issued photo ID. The organizers reserve the right to deny entry to anyone violating venue rules or the event’s code of conduct.
5. Changes to the Event
SheThePeople reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, speaker lineup, or venue if necessary. Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

Shop & Curated Boxes
SheThePeople also offers curated wellness, beauty, and lifestyle boxes through our store which are promotional and often at promotional prices. All products in curated boxes may not be identical based on product availability.
a. No Return / Exchange on Products
All sales of curated boxes and individual products are final.
Due to the nature of curation, we do not offer returns, refunds, or product exchanges once a purchase is completed.
b. Third-Party Brands
Our boxes include products from third-party or partner brands.
SheThePeople is not liable for issues specific to these third-party products (e.g., skin reactions, allergies, defects, etc.).
Any concerns related to a specific product’s usage, ingredients, quality, or warranty must be directed to the brand manufacturer.
c. Product Availability
Products and boxes are available while supplies last. In case a product becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to replace it with a different product. Range of products shown on social media may differ from range of products offered in hamper depending on availability.
d. Shipping & Delivery
We will make all reasonable efforts to deliver products on time. However, delivery timelines may vary due to logistics or other external factors like rains other third party partner issues.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect addresses, or force majeure events. We will make our best efforts to get these over to you on time.
SheThePeople also offers curated wellness, beauty, and lifestyle boxes through our store which are promotional and often at promotional prices. All products in curated boxes may not be identical based on product availability.
